A responsive, website that guides property owners and management companies through eviction-related processes with clear content and adaptive forms.
I evaluated user needs, business requirements, and platform constraints to understand the experience challenges across two distinct audiences.
Key Insight: Users came to the site with very different needs and levels of urgency, creating confusion when legal information, service offerings, and next-step actions weren’t clearly separated. To solve this, the experience needed a content strategy that cleanly differentiated the two audiences (property owners vs. property managers) and a dynamic form flow that adapted to each user’s situation without overwhelming them.
I established a content and UX framework that supported dual audience journeys, dynamic forms, and long-term CMS maintenance.

I designed and prototyped responsive layouts, form logic, and CMS components while collaborating closely with developers.
I delivered the final site structure, dynamic forms, and CMS configuration — plus documentation to support client upkeep and scaling.
